General Service Disclaimer

Rainwater Mobile Detailing provides automotive detailing services intended to clean, enhance, and maintain the appearance of vehicles. Results may vary based on the vehicle’s condition, age, materials, and prior damage. We do not guarantee complete removal of all stains, scratches, odors, or imperfections.

Pre-Existing Damage Disclaimer

Rainwater Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, paint defects, fading, peeling, rust, cracked leather, worn upholstery, loose trim, electrical issues, or mechanical problems. Customers are responsible for informing us of any known issues before service begins.

Interior & Stain Removal Disclaimer

Some stains, odors, pet hair, and interior damage may be permanent or only partially removable. Rainwater Mobile Detailing does not guarantee full stain or odor removal, especially for severe contamination, dye transfer, mold, or long-term neglect.

Paint & Exterior Disclaimer

Vehicles with fragile, oxidized, thin, or damaged paint may be at higher risk during detailing. Rainwater Mobile Detailing is not liable for paint failure, clear coat peeling, or damage resulting from pre-existing paint conditions.

Mobile Service & Water/Electric Access Disclaimer

As a mobile service, Rainwater Mobile Detailing requires reasonable access to the vehicle. If customer-provided water or electricity is unavailable or unsafe, services may be limited, rescheduled, or canceled.

Personal Belongings Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for removing all personal items from the vehicle prior to service. Rainwater Mobile Detailing is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

Weather Disclaimer

Weather conditions may affect scheduling and results. Rainwater Mobile Detailing reserves the right to reschedule services due to rain, extreme heat, cold, or unsafe working conditions.

Satisfaction & Payment Disclaimer

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. By booking a service, the customer agrees to these terms and acknowledges satisfaction with the work once the service is completed.

Limitation of Liability Disclaimer

Rainwater Mobile Detailing’s liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
